Construction Career DaysYouth are vital to the construction industry. Today’s high school students represent the pool of workers from which the construction industry will recruit its future workforce. Construction Career Days will expose high school students and adults to rewarding and diverse careers in the industry. The events offer students a career option that they otherwise may not have been aware of. NAWIC Education Foundation - NEFSince its inception, NEF has focused on construction education and offers a number of certification programs (CIT, CCA & CDA) in partnership with Clemson University. In addition, the Foundation has developed several programs and competitions (CAD/Design/Drafting, Block Kids, etc.) created to foster and promote construction as a viable career choice among students from grade school to high school level.
