2017 AMEC Mini Trade Show

We are excited to invite you to exhibit at the 2017 NAWIC Annual Meeting and Education Conference, August 16-19 at the Hyatt Regency Orange County in Anaheim, CA.

Please Note:

  • The exhibit area will be open from 10 am to 6 pm on Wednesday, August 16th and will continue from 1:30 pm to 6 pm on Thursday, August 17th.
  • You will be provided a 6 ft. draped table and two chairs in a space that is approximately 8’ x 10’. There will be no pipe and draping.
  • Register by July 1st, 2017 if you wish to have your company on the list of conference exhibitors which will appear in the conference program book and conference signage.
  • Limited spaces are available.

The minimum cost to exhibit is $2,000 per booth space. Every exhibitor will also become a conference sponsor

Please complete and return the Exhibitor Registration Form along with payment information as quickly as possible.

Once your completed exhibit booth registration has been returned, you will need to book your group rate accommodations at the Hyatt Regency Orange County as soon as possible.
