Cancellation Policy

We understand that even with Covid-19 numbers decreasing and vaccinations against the virus increasing, you or your employer may have reservations about travel. No one can predict what the status of the pandemic will be in August, so we are modifying our cancellation policy to reflect that.

You may receive a full refund if your cancellation is received in writing at the NAWIC Office by mail, fax or email by July 16. Send emails to Executive Director, Crissy Ingram at crissyi@nawic.org. After July 16, no refunds for cancellations will be granted.
